i heart faces "Dramatic b&w"

This weeks challenge at iheartfaces is “Dramatic black & white”. I just love how converting you pictures to black and white changes the whole “feel” of the picture. Depending on what theme or idea you are going for you can change so much by removing the color. This is one of my favorite shots of my little girl. I think that I have posted it on here before but it definitely changed the mood by removing the color. I think that it is certainly “dramatic”!

Happy Monday!

This is the perfect picture! Every part of it is dramatic, the lighting and contrast, the mix of subject matter, the stunning eyes AND the dads strong arm still in charge of the little girls safety. Love it!

Oh, I just love this! Did you use a certain action, or convert to b&w on your own. The feel is wonderful!!!

About Me

My photo
I am a wife, and mother to three beautiful babies (well..one is not so much a baby anymore)! In 2009 I departed my career of 14 years to stay at home with my babies. That first year I thought that I might just go crazy....I survived! The road has been bumpy but gets better everyday. I might even be getting a little more domesticated along the way! I'm learning to love this path that my life has taken. Can't wait to see what's next!
